STAFFS, take a look at here :)

recently, which is just this morning, i read an article, which i think can let staffs as a guide to solve cases that happens.

firstly, I THINK we should use the thinking of the eastern side which is 情 > 理 >法 concept which have a similar meaning as before u take any action of FOLLOWING the law, please have some consideration whether u can tolerate his fault of not.
when you solving case,

EG : someone spam highlighting / typing other language to someone (early morning / not much player are online ) , which around 3-5 times, you need not to kick him on the spot, i know hes violated the rule, but on the he aint that irritating right ?

then for some active / famous / PROS players, loose abit on the rule side, to grab their heart, shows that the channel is like a home to him, will always tolerate with those minor error (it only for players who are not ABUSIVE )

If we make the channel as strict as possible, to make a FUCKING POLITE channel, i guarentee that it wont be a favourite channel for players comparing to those who have jibai / lanjiao (in terms of joking or scolding friends or skyfire) on the chat,

Seriously though, I am not a staff but I have to say that It might get a bit shaky when you are justing starting a community over again. I think the rules should apply to everyone the same and then as the community grows, we will see some active, pro or well known players frequently visiting. Then we can start implementing this rule. Otherwise most people will find this unfair at the start. Just my thought

(But definetly agree on chillaxing on the channel to not be too strict!)

For me I think pro players are still players I don't give a damn if you are pro or not you are playing in a channel where equality matters. Let's say we loosen the grip on rules then people will think they can do whateverr they want am I right? Also I think as I said what about the ones go are just normals players. There are not many pros around currently thus I think focusing on the minority is a major gator. Quoted from Satan I think we need to stabilise the channel before we start considering.

u can do wadever u should do if he did something wrong, but JUST TAKE SOME CONSIDERATION WHETHER U CAN TOLERATE HIS FAULT OR NOT. BRO, u misunderstood what i telling.

Ya , but sometime warning more important ....... just tell him wat he did wrong .....

There will definitely be rules in each channel but the rules will be different and we will be discussing about that soon. (Will post the rules on the respective channels soon)
